Vi danser fra 28. juni til 5. juli på Rødegaard/Jordens Sang lige midt i Nationalparken på Mols, Syddjurs
The power of dancing er en uge med skøn dans midt i den vidunderlige natur på Mols, Djursland. Vi danser hver formiddag og igen om aftenen. Vi får skøn mad og hygger os om eftermiddagen i naturen, ved stranden eller afslapning i din smukke have.
Sommerworkshoppen bliver afholdt på smukke Rødegaard – se link: Rødegaard/Jordens Sang.
På Rødegaard er det muligt at vælge forskellige overnatningsmuligheder og dermed forskellige priser.

Indhold: Vi vil danse vores indre og ydre landskaber, udforske magi og mystik, finde nye sandheder og visdomme om, hvem vi virkelig er.
Vi vil invitere mod og nærvær ind i vores dans, udtrykke former, krydse grænser, gå til grænsen og overgive os til det der er. Vi vil dele glæden i vores dansende sjæl og rumme det hele i stilhedens fridom. Vi vil bruge naturen omkring os på tusind måder.”
Har du ikke danset 5Rytmer før, tager vi lige en snak, så du kan nå de nødvendige 5-rytme timer inden workshoppen. Det er et krav, når vi også skal danse 5Rhythms – heartbeat.

Workshoppen tæller som 5-dages heartbeat, som er et af kravene, hvis man vil ansøge om Teacher-Training.

Venue: This years workshop is at Roedegaard, Karlshoejvej 5, 8420 Knebel
Teacher: Birgitte Rasmussen, 5Rhythms teacher since 2008 and heartbeat teacher since May 2022.
This workshop is both waves and heartbeat and counts as a 5days heartbeat, as required if you want to apply for Teacher Training.
If you havn’t danced the 5Rhythms before, we’ll talk and find out how you can get familiar whit the rhythms.

Priserne er early bird, dvs. betalt og købt inden 1. maj 2026 – herefter tillægges 600 kr til prisen.
Priserne er på vej – men jeg afventer stadig hvilke krav, der kommer om moms – håber de kan blive lagt ud omkring 1. januar 2026, måske før Nedenfor ser du de muligheder der er.

If you want to join the workshop or know more, contact me on dans5rytmer@gmail.com with 1) name, phone and address, 2) and a short description of how much you have danced the 5Rhythms . To keep your spot on the workshop, you need to pay a not refundable deposit of 625 Danish Crowns.
Prices: paid and bought before May the 1st 2026 – after this date the price is plus 600 Danish Crowns. There is a new tax, we’ll have to pay in 2026. I still don’t have the details. I hope to set it up around January the first or before.
