Sammen med svenske musiker Johan Bysell og hans smukke improvisatoriske musik samt dansen igennem de 5Rytmer, vil vi kreere ‘a sacred space’ og en workshop, hvor vi danser dybt, hvert år forskelligt, hvert år en ny indgang til den dybe dans.

One of the most beautiful ways to deepen our dance and open our heart, is to dance with live music played improvisatoric, using nature as our dance partner and staying together in a retreat.
Johan and I will work together guiding you with words and music, both live music and ‘my’ music, into soft, intense and strong dances, which will embody our heart and body. In this openness we will empower our being to hold both vulnerability, strength and love.
We invite you to join us on this journey, exploring the relationship between our heart and body, music, unity and nature.
